The Guestbook
Great hotel room and service. A great way to see Istanbul is to go on a walking gastronomic tour of the city, using Istanbul Eats (http://istanbuleats.com), definitely worth it.

Our favourite eating destination of the trip was Mangerie in Bebek. It's on the main street but is not an easy find - look for "Lulu's" and then take the staircase to the side of that restaurant up to the 3rd floor. This place has much to recommend it; a terrace with Bosphorous views, really good service, a relaxed "vibe" and very tasty burgers (together with more sophisticated options...!). We felt like a walk that day so after taking the A'jia boat across to Emigran, we followed the main road down until we reached Bebek - after taking a pit stop in pretty Rumeli Hisarı on the way.
