Cancellation policy In order to avoid any charge, reservations must be cancelled at least seven days before arrival. Cancellations made less than seven days before arrival will be charged one night of the stay. Early check-outs and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking. Cancelation policy may change during some specific high season periods, this will be advised by our reservations service.
Deposit policy A Smith deposit is required to confirm your booking. If you need to cancel, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, the Smith deposit will be refunded to you as a voucher, which you can use towards a future Smith booking.
