Despite the fact New England is one the furthest points from Mexico in the States, this bright, airy restaurant in a 19th-century building has the flavours down pat, presumably thanks to its Mexican chef-owner. It's built up a reputation for spicy mole, killer margaritas, and a vast tquila selection (over 50 last time we checked). Oh, and it's pronounced 'shi-ko-ten-kat', if you don't speak Aztec.
