The small printAs long as the rate you've found is available at the time of booking, for exactly the same stay (same hotel, same dates, same number of guests, same room type and same things included) and as long as you notify us no later than 24 hours after booking with Smith, we'll make sure we match it. If you haven't made your booking yet, we'll hold the room for you while we get it resolved.
Please note: we can't match rates displayed in limited-time flash sales or 'lucky dip'-type offers (where the name of the hotel isn't given when booking), non-public rates, rates requiring promo codes, or hotel prices given as part of a package or tour. Hotel rates are subject to change; we are not able to match any rate reductions that may occur after booking.
