Ravesi's
Ravesi'scaptures the quintessential Bondi lifestyle, with a fusion of stylish beachside accommodation, fine dining and glamorous nightlife. Guests can choose between 16 designer rooms with sea views – including five split-level suites. Ravesi’s has a wonderful bar and restaurant, and two outside balconies that wrap around the building and look out to sea. The deluxe split-level beachfront suite is the ‘rock star’ room, with wraparound terrace and fabulous views of Bondi. It also houses a spacious bathroom on the first floor and includes the bedroom and inside/outside lounge areas upstairs. There is a glassed-in balcony, as well, where guests can lie on a kidney-shaped ottoman and play with a stone and fiber tic-tac-toe set.
Establishment
Located in the central business district of Sydney,
Establishment is a contemporary and stylish hotel alongside some of Sydney’s hippest bars and restaurants. The hotel houses 31 uniquely designed rooms, including a duplex penthouse, as well as three restaurants and eight bars. The best rooms are the Studio Penthouse, which has a guest bathroom on the lower level and a kingsize bed upstairs, or the Duplex Penthouse, which offers a kingsize bed, a luxury bathroom and work area on the lower level, with a designed open-plan living and dining area upstairs. All Establishment guests are armed with a security swipecard for security, and privileged access to all areas of the hotel, which offers peace of mind at weekends when a lot of the spaces open to the public are heaving.
Tower Lodge
Tower Lodge is a purpose-built Spanish-hacienda-style hotel, located two hours outside the city in Hunter Valley, Australia’s main wine-growing region. It is ideal for discerning travellers who are seeking a private indulgence. The hotel boasts a baronial dining room, a bar, lounge, 18-hole putting course, 1.6km walking track, heated pool, sauna, gym and massage treatment room. Of the 12 individually designed rooms, the Oriental Room and the Chairman’s Suite are the grandest – the latter is a freestanding building, featuring a four-poster bed and marble bathroom. Finally, guests can participate in masterclasses at the state-of-the-art in-house winery.
