Fuelling her passion for all things cultural with a six-month stint teaching English in Nepal, Sophie followed this with time in Thailand, Australia and New Zealand. She then headed to the University of the West of England, Bristol, where she worked in call centres and dished up the best pizzas in the southwest to fund trips to India and Morocco. She can now offer advice on anything travel-related – from where to buy the best bangles in India to which Thai beach is best for sun-worshipping.

After studying tourism at college, Nicole worked for Kuoni for nine years, where she organised people’s dream trips all over the world – while indulging in a few herself. Feeding orangutans in Borneo was a particular highlight. A love of boutique hotels brought her into the Mr & Mrs Smith fold, and she has recently moved to London to both be nearer our Chiswich office and to experience the delight of escaping the capital at weekends to stay at her favourite rural Smith getaways.

She is still passionate about her travel and devotes her spare time to her ongoing quest for the perfect beach – all for the benefit of her Mr & Mrs Smith clients, of course.
SASHA DELANEY

As she began her travels at just three months old, it is no surprise that Sasha has ended up sharing her expertise with Mr & Mrs Smith members. After finishing school, she started seriously racking up the air miles with trips to Australia, Italy and Belize, where she taught English in a remote village. She completed a degree in Spanish, before beginning work as an operations executive, organising bespoke luxury trips in the UK for American clients. Now at Smith, she is working round the clock to choose her favourite boutique bolthole by visiting as many as possible.

A former booker of luxury round-the-world trips for diamond-dripping clients, Stevie developed a love of all things tweed while working as ‘country concierge’ for a small company that specialised in organising hunting, fishing and falconry breaks in the UK and Ireland for the British aristocracy. Now happily ensconced at Mr & Mrs Smith, she is coming to terms with the lack of an office butler by indulging her appetite for fabulous hotels as often as she can.
CHARLIE HOLLOWAY
Travel Team Consultant

Following seven months in South America, Charlie went to study archaeology at Durham University. During her time as a student, she saved to escape the northeastern climate and travelled to Morocco, South Africa, India, and Spain. After graduating in 2007, she travelled through southeast Asia, visiting Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam. She settled in London in January 2008, where she joined an events company and organised the launch party of the P&O liner Ventura. Her passion for travel, however, was too strong – which is why she’s ended up working for Mr & Mrs Smith.
