Smith tip
How to burn some rubber: Follow in the tyre tracks of Stirling Moss at the Castle Combe racing circuit. There are a series of track days throughout the year when you can thrash your car round the circuit or take to the tarmac in a Formula Ford racing car. Alternatively, let a highly-trained maniac scare the life out of you when you're a passenger in a Ferrari, Lotus or Subaru Impreza. You even get a certificate (of insanity?) at the end.
