This chic self-catering stay can sleep two in either of the two one-bedroom apartments and four in the one multi-level two-bed maisonette, making it a hip holiday home for couples, friends and special-occasion group getaways. Book the apartments individually or for a bigger group getaway, the entire property as a whole.

Two-bedroom upper-storey apartment: three-night weekend, four-night weekday £470–£680; full week £600–£840; 20 per cent discount on bigger apartment if it is only two people staying.

Grounds

You have Deal's pebbly beach on your lap, otherwise two of the apartments have access to the gravelled garden. There are steps down from the garden flat and the three-bed apartment to the garden where there are chairs, a table and cushions.

The garden flat is not really suited to anyone who is disabled or elderly due to the steps.

Eating and drinking

Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits in your cupboards on arrival. The kitchens are all well-fitted and user-friendly.

Housekeeping

For stays of a week, a service is included but for a small extra fee you can have additional cleaning.
