Smith tip
Roca rooftop etiquette: start your evening with a chilled glass of champagne at sunset in the Jacuzzi, as the barbecue sizzles in the background… before falling back on plump Bedouin tent cushions and psyching yourself up for your feast.

Best picnics
We defy you to leave the A-list confines of Villa Roca. Why not ask the chef to prepare you some top-deck delicacies to enjoy before the sunset?Best beaches
Nearby Sa Caletta is a little red-cliffed cove, while Es Cavallet nudist beach is a beautiful sandy stretch with views to Formentera (take a left turn off the road that leads to Salinas – just after you pass the salt dunes). Salinas beach is also near the villa and is a hotspot for the gorgeous people. It has a handy sun lounger service but – be warned – this beach gets very busy in high season. North-coast Cala d’en Serra, near Portinatx, is a well-kept secret. Aguas Blancas on the northeast coast has a great chiringuito serving caipirinhas and steak sandwiches. Nearby Cala Jondal in the east is beloved for its seafood restaurants.Shopping
Your chef will shop for you and pre-fill the fridge with all your favourite things. If you really must dash out and satisfy some foodie cravings, both Ibiza town and Santa Eulalia have daily markets and big supermarkets where alcohol can also be purchased.Activities
Hire a 4x4 and take to the dirt tracks that criss-cross the pine forests in the north of the island. There’s limitless opportunity for golf, sailing, water-skiing, windsurfing, diving, horse-riding, go-karting and hot-air balloon trips, too. Speak to Deliciously Sorted to arrange.
