How much? £400 a night (normally £800) based on 18 adults sharing the house, including electricity, heating, logs, use of linen and towels, free toiletries, and welcome hamper of groceries.

Small print: Valid for stays until December 2009, excluding July, August, bank holidays, half-term and Christmas and New Year weeks; two-night minimum stay. The Discount also applies if extending a weekend stay, but only to the midweek days booked. This replaces the normal Smith membership card offer. Subject to availability.
