Bedroom one: This is located on the ground floor, and has sliding tinted doors that give you access to the grassy area by the summer kitchen. In the room, there's a built-in sunken bathtub and sink, and concealed by frosted glass is a loo. There’s also a small study area with chairs, shelves and desk if anyone does need to do some work while they’re away.
Bedroom two: This groundfloor standard double has those sliding tinted doors too out to the garden. The showpiece of the ensuite is the sunken bath.
Bedroom three: This large double king is located on the first floor, and has tinted doors that open onto a private balcony overlooking that fabulous rolling countryside. There’s a super wooden ensuite with twin glass sinks and a shower, and freestanding bath.
Bedroom four: Another double bedroom with an ensuite.
Bedroom five: Entrance to this double room is via the older section of the house; it has its own access to the terrace.
Kitchen Open-plan and well-equipped, the kitchen is has a cooking island separating it from the lounge. This contains an electric cooker and oven. Other modcons include a twin fridge, coffee machine, microwave, dDishwasher, steamer, small grill, blender, juicer and mixer, etc.
Living room Minimalistic and fantastically bright and well-lit, there’s a big sofa to collapse in in front of the massive plasma TV on the wall. Sliding doors take you out onto the terrace and the decked pool area.
Dining room This is an open-plan area in the light-drenched all-white kitchen and living room. There are four stools at the cooking island – they’re very stylish and made by Vitra in case you’re a design enthusiast. There’s also a covered area down by the outdoor summer kitchen that can seat 14 alfresco.
Other There's a laundry room just by the entrance to the villa, which has a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outdoor
Poolside The 11mx4m pool is situated right next to the villa, a stumble through the living-room doors. There are 10 sunloungers here as well as a table and chairs for about the same amount of people.
Gardens The grounds are gated in from the road with an electric gate. The gardens around the pool are predominantly terraced and decked looking out across that magnificent Santa Gertrudis countryside across to the tree-covered mountains. Wooden decking around the pool and the rolling grassy gardens are great for children to play in.
Parking There’s a carport that can take two cars and there’s another bay that can take a further four.
Other There’s a covered summer kitchen where meals can be prepared and served.
