Book by midday if you want lunch, taken wherever you choose: a multi-course Moroccan feast, created fresh from that day’s market.

The vibe is very much home from home.

Top table

On a low table by the pool in the courtyard, or by a roaring fire in the sitting room. If you ask nicely, they’ll even serve you on the roof terrace.

Last orders

10pm, so long as you’ve booked.

Room service

Light snacks served till 10pm, including omelettes and salads.

A fridge is the kitchen serves as a 24-hour honesty bar.
