When did you last travel economy?

I travel business when I fly long-haul for work but for short-haul trips and holidays I tend to go economy.  You can use the money you save to stay in a wonderful hotel.

How many trips did you take last year?

Because Mr Smith and I got married in Mallorca, honeymooned in Africa and researched Cape Town, LA, New York, Vegas, Singapore, Sicily, Morocco, Ireland and France, it felt as though I was away more than I was at home.

What's the most unusual adventure you've had recently?

Our honeymoon in Africa: gorge swing, shark-diving and whitewater rafting.

Best place in the world to eat?

L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon in Paris.

To sleep?

The Ammique bed at Cotswold House Hotel is legendary.

To have fun?

London.  I wish I could spend more time with all my friends here.
