Hip Hotels: Rosemary Verey's beautiful Barnsley House and gardens, a pub in East Lavant that has been transformed into a modernist dream and a trio of rustic huts without television, but with hot tubs and sundecks, are among the 150 hotels in a new book, Mr and Mrs Smith: Hotel Collection.
