Starting life as a music journalist, Rob da Bank is somewhat of a jack of all trades juggling two award-winning festivals (Bestival and Camp Bestival), a record label with signings including David Lynch and The Cure, a slot on BBC Radio 1 and a busy DJ career combined with dropping the kids off at school and drinking fine wine in a wood-fired hot tub. Rob and his wife Josie, an illustrator and the co-creator of Bestival like nothing more than poking around hotels trying to guess the thread-count of an Egyptian cotton sheet or ploughing their way through a 14-course tasting menu just to try a specific cheese.
