HOW IT WORKS
It's easy to use Get a Room! e-vouchers: recipients simply enter the card number when booking online, or call our Travel Team and we will help you choose how to spend them.

THE SMALL PRINT
All vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for bookings made within 12 months from purchase. Please note, vouchers can only be used towards hotels in the Smith collection via our website or our Travel Team, and not directly with hotels. When using a hotel e-voucher, the full balance is payable at time of booking.
