With impressive gates and a quarter-mile drive up to the hotel, few entrances can be grander than the one to Ickworth House. The hotel is located in the east wing of a National Trust property; to a lord or a duke, this place might seem like a home from home: quaint, charming, friendly and efficient. A child-friendly hotel that's great for indulgent family breaks.
