You could quite easily spend the duration of your stay at Homa mesmerised by the sculpture park and surrounding scenery, but if you want to explore the region, there's no more inspiring way to do it than by taking a cruise down the Li River to Yangshuo – a journey that has created its own category of Chinese painting. For a shorter journey, the hotel can arrange a 90-minute raft trip down the Yulong River to take in the inimitable mountain landscape. If being amid al this sculpture gets your own creative juices flowing, you can take art classes in Homa's atelier, or try your hand (and foot) at rock-climbing the area's limestone cliff-faces.
