Hotel restaurant: Bartolomeo is Guanahani’s gourmet offering, serving fine French food – with worldwide influences – for dinner only. Down by the pool, Indigo presents a more low-key, laid-back gastronomic alternative throughout the day.
Dress code: Crisp and colourful.
Top table: Out on the terrace with a view of the gardens.
Room service: 24 hours.
Hotel bar: Seductively lit and terracotta-tiled, Barto Bar is a cosy, clubby and upmarket sanctuary of French boho with Morrocan streaks.
