Well, what a great hotel. My first experience of the Soho House group and I must way that it was outstanding. There is a rooftop terrace with a bar and a pool which is heated and open all year round (weather depending). The service was friendly and immaculate. The hotel is also where I proposed to my girlfriend. There is so much to do in NYC. My advice would be to try to book as much as you can before you get out there as everywhere gets booked up way in advance. A couple of things that you should try while you're there: 1) The bar on the 18th floor of the Standard Hotel has a view that rivals that of the Empire State Building, and you don't have to queue. 2) The bar at the Jane Hotel. The hotel itself isn't much to be desired but the bar is. 3) A ferry tour down the Hudson River – you get to see Manhattan in a very different light.  4) The Ground Zero site (this needs to be booked – do this before you leave the UK). Enjoy.

Fantastic hotel, pool is amazing. Definitely recommend.
