Watch resident showman Tiziano at work at Osteria dell’Arco on Piazza Antonio Gramsci in Magliano di Tenna, manning the open embers to cook meat alla bracce in the centre of the restaurant and artfully matching the meals to wine (+39 0734 6313630; www.osteriaarco.it).
