Paul McNally
Epicurean editor
Melbourne-based Paul’s first review, a write-up on a Hobart restaurant, appeared in the final issue of Black + White magazine before it folded – so he’s hopeful his latest contribution won’t have a similar jinxing effect on Mr & Mrs Smith. He’s written for various magazines and websites – as well as contributing quirky ice-cream recipes to a cookbook. Paul spends all his spare cash on good food, red wine and plane trips – when he's not at his desk as the Food Publisher of Hardie Grant Books.
