When she arrived in Bangkok in 2003, little did Liz Weselby know that the hectic, steamy city would become her home for the next seven years. As she soon discovered, one of the best aspects of life in the Thai capital is the ease of escape from it: Liz uses the city as a base from which to explore south-east Asia, staying in tents, tree-houses and boutique hotels along the way. After launching a lifestyle magazine supplement for Thailand's Bangkok Post, Liz set up a successful custom publishing business. She recently relocated to Singapore as editorial director at Ink Publishing.
