Katie’s previous incarnation as a marketer for Twentieth Century Fox saw her racing around the world at dizzying speeds with her nose firmly buried in electronic devices at all times. Currently specialising in running self-catering properties such as Villa Orpheus and Eurydice in Mykonos, Driftwood in Cape Town and Chester Place in London, she leads a nomadic lifestyle, divided between these three glitzy places. She also harbours a secret talent for trampolining.
