Jo’s husband is a documentary maker and spends long periods working away from their home in Wales: her reward for these enforced separations is always a trip to a boutique hotel – a habit which has allowed her to rack up numerous stays in hotels over many years of marriage. Having worked in an award-winning hotel herself, Jo knows what will keep all Mr & Mrs Smiths happy. These days she is pursuing a career as a writer and hopes to have her first novel published in the not too distant future.
