Born in Britain but now very much entrenched in the Melbourne food scene, Ian Curley has many strings to his bow: chef, try-hard golfer and top-rating Channel 7 reality TV star to name a few. Overseeing 40 chefs between three iconic Melbourne venues, Ian knows good food when he eats it. He’ll happily dine out anywhere and at any time for his craft. Known to haunt some of the best bars in the world late at night after service, he knows what fantastic hospitality should be and isn't afraid to say when he does or doesn't find it.
