Most of us don’t need any excuse to traverse the globe but Christine says she has one anyway. As a chef, author and restaurateur (Chris is the force behind Sydney restaurant Universal), she’s always on the lookout for inspiration, indulgence and adventure. Her former restaurants include the Paramount in Sydney and East@West in Covent Garden. Today, she continues to travel internationally as a culinary ambassador for Australia's gastronomy. Her books have spiced up the lives of keen cooks from Melbourne and Mumbai to Manhattan.
