After many years of grind and toil in restaurant and hotel kitchens, Anthony took the plunge in 2006 and, with his business partner Will Smith, opened his own restaurants: Arbutus and, in 2007, Wild Honey, which are among London’s most talked-about bistros. As a chef with a passion for quality, Anthony has a keen eye for detail and a great sense of what feels right. And, he says, escaping from the four walls of a kitchen for well-earned rest and recreation with his family is a priority.
