Russell Norman is a London-based restaurateur with a fascination of airports and skyscrapers. When he is not opening restaurants, such as Polpo, Polpetto or Spuntino in London's Soho, or eating in them, he spends time with his children who hold his Tyrannosaurus Rex impersonation in very high regard indeed. He also moonlights as an interior designer on account of being too mean to hire a real one. He lives in suburbia with his wife and three children.
